**Client Engagement Manager**
**Location:** Remote (US East Coast / Western Europe)
**About the Role:**
We are on an exciting journey to expand our presence in the US market, and we are looking for a friendly and professional Client Engagement Manager to join our growing Business Development team. This team is dedicated to providing strategic consulting and digital transformation thought leadership, with the goal of fostering business growth through meaningful partnerships with both existing and new clients.
As a key member of our Client Engagement function, you will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships, ensuring long-term success, and identifying opportunities for continuous growth. Your expertise will help shape our engagement strategies and deliver exceptional business value through collaboration and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Client Engagement Initiatives:**
- Lead the implementation of technology and digital transformation initiatives for our clients.
- Collaborate with technical engineering and delivery teams to develop roadmaps, prioritize focus areas, and define overall strategies for client success.
- Shape the digital initiative strategy by engaging with client stakeholders through workshops and interviews.
- Partner with key client sponsors to provide updates, oversight, and risk assessments.
- Ensure stakeholder buy-in for approach recommendations and options.
- Assist in developing business cases, estimations, and timelines for digital initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to create and implement innovative solutions that deliver tangible value to clients.
- Lead client engagements to ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget delivery of client deliverables.
- Support the mobilization and success of the delivery team.
**Business Growth & Strategic Development:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within client organizations.
- Create client-specific success stories and case studies to highlight our impact.
- Contribute to thought leadership efforts, including workshops and assessments that uncover innovation opportunities.
- Strengthen industry partnerships to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
- Support the development of thought capital and client partnerships to drive additional growth.
**Travel Requirements:**
- Travel may be required up to 25% depending on client engagements, with the possibility of fully remote work based on specific needs.
**What You Will Need:**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience in technology implementation and a solid understanding of the technology SDLC process.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders (director level and above).
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical approaches with the support of subject matter experts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, software/data engineers, and end users.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and business challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
- Experience in the commercial or manufacturing and supply chain sectors within the Life Sciences industry.
- Familiarity with agile management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of software delivery practices such as agile, scrum, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Experience with enterprise data management, including master data management (MDM) and data governance.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in delivering analytics or business insight dashboards or solutions.
- Familiarity with solutions in the manufacturing and supply chain space, such as SAP or supply planning solutions (e.g., Kinaxis, O9).
- Experience with commercial tools in the Life Sciences sector, including marketing (Adobe) or CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics).
