Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Administrator with expertise in Siemens NX administration and CAE/PLM software management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software licenses, coordinating system upgrades, optimizing design workflows , and ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Teamcenter , ensuring smooth operations and optimization.
• Oversee Siemens NX administration and support equivalent CAD/CAE tools.
• Manage and maintain CAE & PLM software licenses , ensuring timely renewal and compliance.
• Conduct annual evaluations of licensing options (SaaS, perpetual, network, cloud, token).
• Establish and monitor annual budgets for CAE tools, including NX, SolidWorks, Teamcenter, Star CCM, Rhino/Orea, Nastran FEA, Matlab/Simulink, Gitlab , etc.
• Support and coordinate CAD/CAE system-wide version customization, upgrades, troubleshooting , and infrastructure development.
• Ensure accessibility of legacy design documentation as CAE tools are updated.
• Lead financial justification and approval for new software acquisitions and upgrades.
• Monitor and communicate software industry trends , advising on licensing cost optimizations.
• Collaborate with client design and manufacturing teams to create a technology roadmap for transitioning to newer CAE tools.
• Support integration of CAE data with MRP/ERP systems , ensuring seamless data flow for manufacturing and business operations.
• Provide technical support for 2D/3D plotters, printers, and other digital engineering equipment .

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory experience in Teamcenter Administration .
• Expertise in Siemens NX usage and administration (or equivalent CAD/CAE tools).
• Strong understanding of CAE/PLM software licensing, budgeting, and procurement .
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize CAD/CAE software across engineering teams.
• Experience supporting MRP/ERP system integration for engineering workflows.
• Solid knowledge of software industry trends related to licensing and cost management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills .
