You’ll help build intelligent simulation tools that mimic real-world patient interactions—powering the next generation of training platforms for therapists, clinicians, and medical students.

This is a high-ownership opportunity to work side-by-side with engineers and designers, shipping features daily, and laying the groundwork for tools already used by thousands of learners across leading institutions.

The Role

• Develop intelligent training simulations using Next.js, FastAPI, Supabase, and AWS
• Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team on shipping production features
• Tackle real-time AI interactions, multi-agent systems, and educational tooling
• Contribute to a product that’s redefining how complex human-centered skills are taught

The Person

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Next.js and React
• Ivy League education (or an international equivalent)
• Passionate about building in-person with other driven people
• Comfortable moving quickly in a startup-style environment
• Excited by the intersection of AI and people-centric fields
• Available to relocate to San Francisco for the summer (housing + meals provided)
