Job Title: Senior RPA Developer

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable RPA solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to automation strategy across the organization.
Be a key technical resource across strategic automation initiatives.
Architect enterprise-grade RPA solutions with a focus on scalability and performance.
Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath and related tools.
Analyze and document end-to-end business processes.
Ensure compliance with RPA design standards, coding practices, and governance frameworks.
Configure and maintain development environments (e.g., UiPath Studio, Orchestrator).
Translate business/process requirements into technical designs and automation logic.
Develop reusable assets such as libraries, queues, and workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to define user and system requirements.
Identify risks and manage project changes effectively.
Support QA and testing phases (pre-UAT, UAT, deployment).
Troubleshoot and resolve defects during and post-deployment.
Lead mentoring and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Stay up to date with emerging automation and AI trends.
4 8 years of experience in RPA/automation, including 3+ years with UiPath .
UiPath Advanced/RPA Developer Certification Mandatory .
Proven experience designing scalable, reusable automation in UiPath Studio & Orchestrator .
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle: design development deployment support.
Experience with enterprise environments and supporting tools.
Knowledge of RPA governance, coding standards, and best practices.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for continuous learning in AI, ML, OCR, NLP , and Intelligent Automation.
Programming experience in C#, Python, VB.NET preferred .
Prior exposure to integrated development environments and enterprise-scale deployments.
