About the Role
As a Sales Professional, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find inspiration through fashion and style. Your role is all about engagement, service, and relationship-building—both in-store and online. You'll create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience by:
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations
Building lasting relationships with customers
Promoting our Loyalty Programs and other offerings
Assisting with merchandising and maintaining store standards
Using technology to enhance the shopping experience

Who We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Passion for fashion and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable using technology to support the shopping experience
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for extended periods
Reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping as needed
Frequent use of computers, handheld devices, and cash registers
Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
