**Job Title: Packager**
**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a dedicated packager for a contract position with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking ordered items from the warehouse and delivering them to the necessary departments for product modifications and order fulfillment.
1st shift
$18/hr
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize computer systems heavily for processing work orders.
+ Read, understand, and execute duties based on training, adhering to standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job orders.
+ Inspect materials prior to packing.
+ Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
+ Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
+ Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
+ Complete diary logs into inventory systems.
+ Report any discrepancies.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general labor and packaging.
+ Basic knowledge of working in fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environments.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Basic computer skills, with experience using Windows applications.
+ Fluency in English and ability to read instructions.
+ Ability to operate a pallet jack.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

**Work Environment**
The role is based in a warehouse environment with approximately 120 employees across 1st and 2nd shifts. Personal protective equipment such as steel-toed boots and safety glasses is mandatory. The workshop environment is subject to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and other particles. You will be operating large equipment and machinery, including production machines and forklifts. Physical requirements include frequently lifting up to 35 lbs, standing or sitting for extended periods, and repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing.

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
