We're looking for an energetic, detail-loving Office & Records Clerk to help us keep the gears turning behind the scenes. From processing payments to preparing vehicle registrations, you'll be the quiet MVP of our dealership's daily success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly voice and helpful face for our customers
• Process new and used vehicle registrations
• Prepare tax, title, and legal documents like a boss
• Tackle accounting tasks like accounts payable/receivable and ledger entries
• Work hand-in-hand with the accounting team to keep everything on track
• Maintain great relationships with customers and teammates alike

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in office or accounting work is a big plus!
• Excellent communication and people skills—kindness counts!
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• A team player who can follow procedures with precision
• Someone who’s organized, reliable, and ready to roll with the punches
• Willing to pass a background check and drug screen
