Manufacturing Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Details: - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (some flexibility required)
- Pay Rate: negotiable on experience
Manufacturing Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Description: - Tracking inventory across product lines to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels
- Coordinating orders and imports from overseas suppliers
- Developing and maintaining daily/weekly production schedules
- Allocating materials, machinery, and labor to support timely production
- Ensuring raw material availability in collaboration with procurement and warehousing
- Monitoring workflows and adjusting schedules for unexpected delays or changes
- Analyzing data to identify process improvements and reduce bottlenecks
- Communicating cross-functionally with sales, logistics, quality, and external partners
- Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with safety/quality standards
Manufacturing Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's a plus)
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or production scheduling
- ERP and inventory management software experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and forecasting skills
- Collaborative and proactive communicator
