The Kitchen Steward's responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of all BOH areas of the hotel
• Deep cleaning of all kitchens nightly 
• Driving golf carts when needed (property specific).

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Job Duties & Functions:

• Clean Kitchens and BOH areas nightly (including floors, walls, equipment, stainless, and vents) 
• Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and self.
• Complete the daily assignment checklist and submit it to the supervisor at the end of the day.
• Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
