Job Description: An Email Marketing Specialist will use our CRM platform to deploy email broadcasts for Marketing emails, transactional emails, and automated emails. They will handle the day-to-day list management within the CRM and ensure lists are receiving all proper communications. This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options Responsibilities: Full ownership of Email Campaigns: Obtain Copy from Copy team, Execute, and schedule daily Email Marketing Campaigns using Hubspot Coordinate with Copywriters to ensure that all campaigns are written in advance Provide quality assurance for outgoing email campaigns for the proper voice, image choice, segmentation, etc. Monitor, track, and report on all marketing campaign performance. Provide analysis and new ideas/testing using this information to upper management Work Closely with creative team to develop and test new ideas for campaigns Write, Execute, and schedule SMS campaigns using using various platforms Continuously work to grow and define our database of 3,600,000+ contacts Requirements: Proven experience in Email Marketing and Automation using any major ESP Experience in shopify, hubspot, zapier, and/or clickfunnels desired but not required A deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting Familiarity of CAN-SPAM laws Ability to handle shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple projects at once In-Depth knowledge of email campaign best practices to maintain and improve email deliverability Strong attention to detail Highly collaborative and interested in working in multiple areas Willingness to work a flexible schedule Highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment Ability to perform well under pressure Very strong analytical skills Cardone Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer.
