Job Description
Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is vital in ensuring consistent and effective internal and external communications across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent writing and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute internal memos, reports, newsletters, and other communications materials
Support executive communications and presentation development
Maintain alignment of brand messaging and tone across all corporate communications
Coordinate company-wide announcements, events, and press releases
Track and report on communication performance and engagement metrics
Collaborate with various departments to gather content and ensure messaging consistency
Assist in crisis communication planning and implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a similar communications or coordination role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or communication tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
