Job Description

As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the change management process. This role ensures that changes to IT systems and infrastructure are implemented in a controlled and authorized manner, minimizing disruption to services. This role is crucial for communicating and coordinating change activity in the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Applies standard techniques and procedures to review change requests for quality change details including change scope, impact, testing, backout plans, schedule, approvals.
• Partners with technology teams, business units, and other groups to advise on Change Management policy and to provide guidance and direction.
• Supports and maintains service level agreements.
• Develops reports and provides analysis to support business objectives.
• Participates in/leads continuous improvement projects as needed.
• Maintain documentation related to procedures and processes.
• Conduct CAB calls and field questions and/or concerns with technology partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or greater) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or related field.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Demonstrated internal customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and role levels to resolve complex issues.
• Broad knowledge of technology relationships such as networks, hardware, operating systems, databases, applications, etc.
• Continuous process improvement understanding and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate operations timelines.
• Experience working with IT infrastructure and IT application teams.
• Experience with Change Management ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Preferred on-shore role.
