Position Details:

• Job Title: Butcher
• Location: Sasta Bazar – Milwaukee, WI
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Weekends Required)
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare beef, goat, lamb, and poultry (including whole animal processing)
• Fulfill custom cutting orders for retail and wholesale customers
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cutting area and equipment
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of meat inventory
• Sharpen and maintain knives and tools
• Communicate with front-end team and report low-stock or customer requests

Requirements:

• Experience in a butcher/meat cutter role (halal cutting experience preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and meat handling standards
• Comfortable using band saws and knives
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking
• Speaks English; Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi a plus
