He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is also an LLB Graduate from Bangalore University and Master’s in business laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He is also an Insolvency Professional under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

He is into the esteemed profession of Company Secretary since 20 years and has extensive experience in catering professional advisory and secretarial services relating to Corporate Laws, Securities Laws for listed companies including SEBI matters, FDI & Foreign Exchange Laws, Legal Contracts & Litigations, Statutory Compliance Audit of MNC subsidiaries in India, Liaison for Govt. Approvals, setting-up of New Business etc and also has requisite expertise in relation to liquidation and insolvency matters pertaining to companies and had done commendable work as to obtaining approvals from the respective authorities as to liquidation of various companies.

Mr. K. Dushyantha Kumar has a vast and hands on experience in handling amalgamation, oppression, and mismanagement assignments, and is well known in professional circles for taking actions and implementation of the same swiftly in the above said areas.
